Welcome to the Department of Commerce at SBOA Public School, Guwahati!

Established in the year 2010 with 40 students, our Commerce Department has been dedicated to fostering practical knowledge and developing the overall personality and competence of our students. Through contextually relevant topics and hands-on training, we aim to prepare students for higher studies and enhance their confidence to adapt to the rapidly changing global commerce and management environment.

In 2012, we introduced Entrepreneurship as an optional subject, further diversifying the objectives of the Department. This addition brought value-based concepts and hands-on training to widen students' future employability and strengthen their self-dependence.

The Commerce Department at SBOA Public School boasts well-qualified and competent faculty who are dedicated to the overall development of our students. With their guidance and support, students have the opportunity to explore various aspects of commerce and develop the necessary skills to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.

In addition to our comprehensive curriculum, we provide CUET guidance to prepare students for competitive exams, further enhancing their opportunities for success in the field of commerce.
